WHAT WILL THEY LEARN

This programme is designed to support adults at all levels, from those with a fear of water to confident swimmers aiming to improve technique or endurance. The graph highlights the key focus areas:

  • Overcoming Fear: Gentle, supportive instruction helps adults feel safe and at ease in the water.

  • Water Confidence: Builds trust in the water through repetition, reassurance, and achievable challenges.

  • Independence in Water: Encourages self-reliance, floating, and movement without assistance.

  • Breathing Control: Teaches rhythmical breathing techniques for comfort and efficiency.

  • Stroke Technique: Focus on correct form for all strokes, tailored to each swimmer’s goals.

  • Fitness & Endurance: Sessions include swimming for stamina, strength, and overall health.

  • Goal-Based Progression: Whether it's learning to swim a length, joining a triathlon, or simply feeling comfortable, lessons are tailored to personal targets.

This structured yet flexible approach ensures that every adult swimmer progresses at their own pace with confidence and clarity.
